MULTI JET WASHER

This is very efficient & effective equipment for cleaning the dismantled components of Engine or other small component before final assembly. All these components are cleaned with Kerosene Oil as a cleaning media sprayed under high pressure with the help of multi jet system provided inside the chamber.

The Chamber is provided with the Special Blowgun and a special kind of nylon brush which is required at the time of cleaning the components .

The most interesting feature of the machine is that the oil is recycled through special filters provided on both input and output parts to avoid the wastage of oil. .

An additional accessory i.e. is rotatory disc is added which has a SS Top & a heavy component of about 25kg. can be loaded and cleaned perfectly by rotatory movement of the disc.
