HYDRO ELECTRIC RAMPS

This consists of a lift table, Which has a facility of a sliding inbuilt support for parking the bike on the ramps, a center stand & a vice is also provided to hold the center stand & front wheel of the bike safely. This is supported by a power pack for energizing the cylinder in the lift table for up & down movement suitably. The power pack has also got a very important feature of manual operations which helps the operation of ramp manually at the time power failure.

It is available in four distinct Models:

1. Standard Ramp : which consists of a lift table with a power pack & it consists of a inbuilt exhaust system to maintain a pollution free working environment inside the workshop.

2. Express Ramp : which consists of a lift table, a Power Pack, a Vertical Member is meant for holding equipment like balancer pneumatic gun, Air gun, Bin's Job Card Holder etc.

3. Manual Ramp : This particular lift works on a hydraulic manual pump installed in the lift platform itself. There is no need of any electrical power & pneumatic connection .There is a very good provision for the operation of real wheel as almost 1/4th rear portion of the lift is kept foldable.

4. Colapsable Ramp : This particular motorbike ramp is designed in such a fashion that it can be folded when not in use. It takes less space. It also provide with the folded tray loaded and unloaded.

Vertical Member:
This Vertical Member can be added with standard ramp anywhere, anytime very conveniently. It has a complete inbuilt pneumatic system with perfect arrangement of mounting pneumatic guns, blow guns & special tools with proper light system provided for the bike as well as for the toll board. It can also hold a big company logo. The addition of this eliminates the total overhange system & gives an efficient service in minimum space .Also it provides a good aesthetics value to the workshop and can easily be dismantled & can be shifted to any other location easily.
